Description:
The Pre-Primary Annual Sports Day, held on 5th December 2024, was an exciting event that filled the school grounds with energy and joy. The chief guest for the day, Mrs. Clera D'Mello, an ex-teacher of the pre-primary section, added an extra spark to the celebration. The school Principal, Br. Vinay, and Manager, Br. Ronnie, were also present to show their support and encouragement. The large turnout of parents added to the lively atmosphere as they cheered on the young athletes.
The event began with a warm welcome to the chief guest, followed by an impressive drill performance by the Jr. Kg and Sr. Kg students. The students’ enthusiasm and synchronized moves demonstrated their dedication and practice. The highlight of the day was the Novelty Race, where the children showcased their hard work and zeal, leaving the audience cheering for every participant. Parents also actively joined in, participating in the Parents' Race, which brought smiles and laughter all around.
The teachers’ participation in various activities further boosted the spirit of sportsmanship, creating an atmosphere of encouragement and joy. The day was a beautiful reminder that sportsmanship, teamwork, and fun are more important than the final results. Principal Br. Vinay shared inspiring words with the students, followed by a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Mrs. Payal Carvalho, the coordinator of the pre-primary section. The event concluded with the singing of the National Anthem, marking the end of a truly memorable and spirited day.
