The tuck shop, also known as a school store or a canteen, plays a vital role in providing students with convenient access to snacks and beverages. 

On the 10th of September, class 10 teachers organised a Tuck Shop for the Secondary School, and it was managed by the boys of class 10. 

The items on sale were idli-wada chutney, sev puri, chicken pattice pau and chicken samosa pau. 

The boys sponsored the food items, hence cost of running the tuck shop was minimal. 

The tuck shop opened at 9 am and wound up around 11.30 am. After the tuck shop, the boys stayed back to clean the school hall. 

We received a lot of positive feedback from the students and the teachers about the food and the manner in which the tuck shop was managed.

The tuck shop provided a valuable service to the  students and the staff. The boys learnt to work in a spirit of cooperation and goodwill. 

All in all, it was a thoroughly joyful experience.
